Terms of service

AGREEMENT: You agree to pay any and all damages that may occur during the rental period.  Rental starts and is clocked out as soon as you leave the premises. Coolers must be picked up in the time slot selected at checkout. Failure to do so will result in service forfeiture. We cannot hold coolers past your window since they contain perishables. 

RETURNS: Rentals must be returned in THE SAME condition they were taken. Extra charges will occur if returned damaged. You will be held responsible & charged accordingly for any late drop off/pick ups $35 per subsequent 24 hours delayed. Lost, stolen or damaged coolers will result in a fee of $75 (per red cooler) or $125 (per white cooler). Snacklebox replacement cost due to loss or damage $25 each. 

PAYMENT: Nauti Nosh is responsible for all non-alcoholic provisioning, snacks, paper goods, etc.; whereas, Camp Irvington is responsible for all beer, wine and alcoholic sales.
