This 3-hour adventure starts with taking a seaplane, landing out on the water where you can learn more about (and taste) Steamboat Wharf Oyster Co.'s famous Top Shelf oysters.

We've curated a custom bright & briny spread designed to complement the freshly harvested SWOC oysters.

A bright, briny spread designed to complement the oysters: spicy tuna tinned fish dip, crisp cornichon, shaved radishes, cultured salted butter, and crackers, with a squeeze of citrus and a hint of heat. Paired with a chilled sparkling or rosé wine or a classic lager—clean, refreshing, and designed to let the oysters shine.
